THE WINE MAKING
After the manual selection the grapes are processed. After a periodo f pre-fermentation maceration of 2-3 days at 12°C, there is fermentation at a controller temperature. After 7 days of post-fermentation maceration, the wine is transferred to new Franch oak barrels for 8-10 months. The aging in bottle for 18 months.
TASTING NOTES
Intense ruby and deep red. Rich notes of red fruits, with notes of sweet spiciness. In the mouth is extremely balanced with strong ed fruit sensation. The finish is long and elegant.
